Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Mahi Beauty Care, we offer both beauty services and beauty products. Please read this policy carefully before booking any service or purchasing any product.

Service Cancellation

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Services that have already been availed are non-refundable.

Product Returns

  • Beauty products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once a return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products received, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear supporting images.
